Allen West Comments On Obama’s ‘Young Black Man’ Claims

“I am a black male who grew up in the inner city of Atlanta and no one ever followed me in a mall. I don’t recall any doors clicking when I crossed the street. And I never had anyone clutching their handbag when I got on an elevator. I guess having two awesome parents who taught me to be a respectful young man paid dividends.” — Allen West

This guy is the real deal. Nuff said.

  1. I also find when I am respectful of others and they are respectful of me we all get along. What a novel idea.

Love this guy by the way.

  2. LOL Just shows the difference in the two men. One exudes sleazebag and the other exudes upstanding citizen! Nuff said! :-D

  3. This guy is legit, he’s got his head screwed on straight and he’s got the morals and logic a politician should have. Plus he sort of looks like Denzel Washington.

  4. NAAWP accuses the OBAMA HIDING behind the TRUTH, the WHOLE TRUTH and NOTHING but the TRUTH! The EXECUTIVE BRANCH of our FEDERAL GOVERNMENT is LYING when they say they are “INVESTIGATING ANYTHING”! The TERM “IT’S UNDER-INVESTIGATING” is SIMPLY a STALLING TECHNIQUE until the LILY WHITE LYING LIBERAL MEDIA distracts our attention away from the OBAMA ADMINISTRATION’S MISDEEDS! IMPEACH the BUMB, he is a LIAR, a THIEF and a CROOK! fatuous1 MARK TRAINA NAAWP-PRESIDENT and NATIONAL SPOKESPERSON mark a. traina/certified school psychologist/civil rights activist/504-231-3056

  5. With the recent Zimmerman/Martin controversy, I have spent some time thinking about similar issues: Is a particular young man suspected of being up to no good because he is of a different skin color from the observer—or because of the way he behaves or dresses.

I do not presume to have an answer, but my strong suspicion is that the latter has more to do it than the former. Consider e.g. the way that White punks, skinheads, or homeless people are treated.
